Ok what all do you have for rear suspension? Aftermarket Torque Arm? LCAs? Panhard rod? you say 3 degrees negative? you mean for your pinion angle? what RPM's are you leaving at? off a transbrake? without knowing that stuff, I'd say: try 18#'s make sure pinion angle isn't anymore than -2 degrees launch higher a lot of times you get tire shake because you are actually not hitting them with enough power Dave Brown www.wheelsupracing.com

Crank the shocks all the way tight. Stick the torque arm in the bottom hole. I would run about 15 lbs in the tires. Been a 1.36 on the old BFG's and been high 8's in the 1/4. Building a new radial car now. Should go high 7's with it . Good luck.

I dont have an adjustabe front on the torque arm just at the rear lower control arm mounting point, right now they are 2 ins below the factory mounting location and I can go three total. Will that help, also when I was at the track last nite I had the shocks at full stiff and pressure at 14 cold and it immediately blew the tires off...So I loosened the shocks and it tire shook real hard...Thanks for the replies,,Roger

No good results yet..I found I had a bad QA1 rear shock, its brand new and its bad...LOL And I also took the 325s off and put on 295s cause I only have an 8in rear rim on the car...Im gonna try a wilson two stage plate also,a friend has one for me to borrow and if I like it Ill buy it..I am going to goto bradenton on Sat then down to Immokalee for a stock suspension race..Hopefully all goes well and Ill see some low 6s to high 5s in the eighth...Lata,Roger

The 8" rims were killing ya with the 325's. Throw in a 10" and see how much better it is. you'll be amazed.

Heres an update....Went to Immakolee for a stock susp shootout.went 6.40 at 115.6 ..Best 60ft was a 1.55 .I looked at a few fast 3rd gens and they all seemed to have the front torque arm mount lower than mine..My torque arm is pointed upward about 3 to 5 degrees and theres was paralell if not down a lil.. I still had a lil of the tire shake issue still..But all in all I was happy,I made it to the semis out of 16 cars I qualified #12 fastest was a 5.30 So I had a good nite....Any Ideas on the torquae arm????Thanks Roger
