Is this good for any kind of performance?
Somebody is trading a 427 BBC and either the 366 tall deck or a 455 Buick with a BOP TH400.Both the 366 and 455 are complete with brackets and accesories.Which should I go with?
THe 455 is described as stage I
Also, how much is this worth? 427 4 bolt block,.12.5:1 dome pistons with closed chamber oval ports,Al intake and a Holley 850 DP.Rods have the 7/16" rod bolts.
I want a stroker for my next project and debating if the 366 or the 427 would make for a better candidate.
Thanks Dave

The 366 has a really small bore. I doubt if it would be worth your time. I would take the Buick and sell it off. Depending on the condition and quality of parts the engine is probably worth between $2000 and $4000. Just a guess with limited info.

The accessories should go right on any other big block.
