Gear for 572ci

What gear would be good for a 572ci BBC in a 3150-3200lb camaro with a glide?? Have a 4.88 in there now that was good with the 355 but I'm sure it'll be too much with the bigger motor.
Has 26x10 MT ET drags but probably going to 28x10.5

4.10 to 4.30 would work well. Maybe a 4.56 in the 1/8th motor only.
