Could I get better mileage with less duration? I have a 390 FE with a 282S comp cam, 9.7 c.r., new 670 avenger carb that has been checked OK. 148 cranking comp on all cylinders. It runs good and is strong just very poor mileage. Will a 270S be worth the swap?
