Canfield 23-500 heads, started out as 200cc intake runners. Ported by Mike. Now ~212cc intake runners matched to felpro 1207 gasket. 64cc chambers. Flow 257 @ .400, 28? @ .500, 301 @ .600 & 307 @ .700 on the intake side and 218 @ .600 on the exhaust without pipe. Have Crane springs set up for solid roller (220lbs on the seat) 2.055/1.60 valves. Made around 540hp on a 10.5:1 355 & ran 6.91 @ 101mph on motor @ 3100lbs with a converter that was set up for a big block & was way too tight. Have about 20 1/8th mile passes since porting & new springs & valve job etc. Maybe 50 passes total since new. Have around $1750 in them & will take $1200
*edit* $1,100
Also have matching victor jr. intake also ported by Mike ($150 worth of porting) for $200
Will throw in a set of 4.06 bore cometic head gaskets that have the same 20 passes on them still look good

How many cc are the combustion chambers. What model TRW flatop did you run these with and did you have to modify the pistons at all to run them. Thanks Andrew

they are 64cc chambers. I believe the pistons were .100 dome L2304, but can't remember for certain if that was the number. How'd you know I was running TRW pistons?? No, didn't have to modify the pistons.

I had read some of your previous posts. I have a 355 I'm trying to upgrade to run as hard as yours did. I'm trying to decide what head I want to run. I'm trying to gain a little more compression my pistons are trw flatops that are 10.06/1 with 64cc heads.

my pistons were in the hole pretty far so I used an .031 cometic gasket, I believe is what it was. Compression could've been closer to 10.8:1.
How far are your pistons in the hole & what gasket thickness do you plan on?
