Max power for a 454 with these conditions

I need a combo that will make max power with these conditions using these parts

Stock 454 4 bolt block (stock bore)
3/8 rods
781 heads (CFM's stage 1 or 2 port/assembly)

Car will be used mainly on the street.Should be able to use mid grade gas with just a timing change.Hydraulic cam with an idle less than a 1000 RPM.

That should make for a nice little 550 HP deal. The cam specs will depend on the car and trans. There are an unlimited supply to choose from. I would pick that last. Use a good dual plane intake like a Performer RPM. The engine will need around a 750 to 850 cfm carb.
