I had my 383 run without oil so its disassembled now, gonna send it to machine shop to check it out, bought eagle esp hbeam 6" rods already but found I had 5.7 before so i guess new pistons. Can someone recommend good inexpensive pistons for my engine, its a street racer and when i had it rebuilt last time the rings never seated, thus the running out of oil. Just want to get some good pistons and rings. thanks

Good and Inexpensive don't generally go in the same category, but depending on what you consider inexpensive, I think an SRP piston would fit the bill for ya. I think they come in around 450-500 a set. Wiseco Pro Tru's would also cut it for you.
