Is it hard to change from 3/8 to 7/16 studs in an alum cylinder head? It seems most of the good roller rockers i find are 7/16

It's easy. Pull out the old studs and screw in the new ones. Be sure and torque them to 50 lb ft. You may need a thread sealer on the ones above the intake ports if they protrude.
