460 ci bbc, iron oval port heads, 13 to 1 compression, solid roller, 6500 rpm shift, 7200 at the stripe, 3500 lbs chassis, 10.0 @ 132 mph.
Currently run a box stock (other than gasket matched to the head) Vic jr intake. Is there a better intake to consider? Was thinking of maybe trying a Dart intake (oval/4150 flange)? porting of Dart worth considering?
might try a dominator in place of the current custom 1000HP, but would prefer to keep the 4150 intake which would allow swiching carbs easily with a funnel carb adapter for the dominator.
thoughts on intake choice and any potential gains?
thanks Todd

The Victor Jr. is pretty good. Spend a little time blending the plenum area. The Dart might give you 1/2 a MPH, but I doubt any E.T.
You would be better off playing with spacers or trying the Dominator on a 2" adapter.
