Mike,
I have a customer who is currently running a 383"sbc with a pro action 23degree head in a 3000lb car with a fogger and plate. The car runs well into the 5 second range one both kits.He is looking to upgrade and can't make his mind up as to whether or not he should go with the sb2 heads or an 18 degree head.I have heard pros and cons about tunability on the sb2's.Maybe you could give us a little advice in this area.

The SB2's work fine when the tune is right. They are sensitive to timing. Got customers running low 5's at 3400 lbs with them. The flow potential is better than the 18's and cost may even be more effective with the availability of used stuff. Don't be afraid to throw a lot of cam at them.
