I have a set of bare Dart Iron Eagles 200cc intake port they are cut for 2.02/1.60 valves. Would having the heads set up for 2.08/1.625 cause problems at all? I don't know if this makes any sense but would the valves be to big for that size intake port?
It seems like the bigger valves the better to me. Am I wrong on this? What would have to be done to fit the bigger valves? Can the seats just be re-cut or does a bigger seat have to be installed?
Would this just be a waste of time with very little hp increase in return?

The bigger valves aren't going to do much for the heads without some additional porting. Imagine a big garage door at teh end of a small hallway. Not really going to be good for much. If you wanted to go up a 2.055" vavle would be better. The seat would simply need to be cut larger and the bigger valves added.
