i got some aluminum brodix im thinking they are dash 8s but they seem to have the part #s ground off they came off a bracket car that was running 7.80s in the 1000ft im wanting to put them on my street strip 63 chevy ll but i was thinking of selling them if they didnt have very good power potential they looked to be ported but im not sure the heads got 2.05 intakes and 1.60ex im thinking of running them on a 13.5.1 406 with a 270/282/@.050thousandths duration lift is .645 with a 112 ls the car will have a 350 shot going to it would i be money ahead buy posiably getting these heads ported are should i sell and start from scratch thanks for info

You probably need to figure out exactly what you have. They might be good enough. Get some flow numbers and volumes on them. This will tell you what you have to work with. If they make good power there is no need to change them.
