just wondering what the typical minimum cross section area of gm 781 heads and what area in the port is the choke located? thanks

The minimal cross sectional area in the ovals is right near the opening. The pushrod pinch is the smallest spot in the port. Don't have exact demensions on hand. I'll try to do some measureing today and get back to you.
