What heads would be the best for a 454 + .060. with a 2000 pound drag car with glide and brake? I want to go as fast as possible, but don't want to get heads too large for the motor! Will be a solid roller with 13.5 compression and good lower end.

I will give my honest opinion. The Canfield 310's. I use these on alot of my big blocks due to low cost and for the money make excellent power. I sell these in package form as does Mike I am sure. No reason to go big and spend crazy money. They work. My 13.5 compression bracket engines that I sell use these and we make 750+ with a basic setup, with over 625 ft lbs with a real nice curve..not bad for a little .030" over 454. If you have any questions, feel free.

I've got as set of AFR 345's for sale now. With that low amount of weight dragging in the sand the big heads would make sick power. The 310's would be a great choice on a budget as well.
I'll make ya a pretty good deal on the AFR's depending how you wanted them.
