I've got a new aluminum head ready to go
Starts at 200 cc and flows 280 out of the box, the 210 cc version flows 300, fully ported it can go over 315.
The heads start at $599 bare, $950 complete for hyd. cam and so on. I'll post some pics up soon.
I also have a small block Ford head that is very similar in performance and cost.

Sounds interesting, base head would be perfect for a 400ci. street eng. IMO

Can you tell us more about this head ? Is it the "Avenger" head ? How about who is casting them ?

Same head as the Avenger head. It's cast in Australia. Very well done with top notch quality. Flow's more air than any other head it's size. I finish the heads in various forms to make my packages.

Have you used your new heads on a engine yet?

Yep got the Fords on a 408 and the Chevy's on a 383. Both make really good power.
I'll be running the NMCA Street Race class next year. I'm trying to get the heads approved for that class.

I realize this is a pretty old thread but how much extra to set them up for a solid FT cam? What combustion chamber CC`s are available?

Solid cams run $100 extra, but add 10* retainers. The chambers are 64cc.

Thanks Mike. If these heads were bought bare, would they need any other blending or port work? Thanks again.

Bare comes bare. No porting at all. They don't need anything to be run, but a little bowl blend wouldn't hurt. I can sell them bare with porting for a bit extra.
