Is there anything I can do to the dart 335 cnc's over the winter to improve them from out of the box? on a 540 bbc with 13:5 comp in a 1900lb altered

In a light car with a big engine you can increase the volume and flow. A port in the 360cc range would work great on that deal. Flow would jump about 20 cfm or so. You should see a pretty good gain in power as well.

Mike, So are you saying the 335's can be ported out to 360 runners? Right now a couple of the ports have bushings showing where the heads bolts come through. didnt realize they could be ported that much. what would it cost, on average, for this?

The tubes in the bolt holes is real common. I do it all of the time. The heads can still be opened up for more volume. YOu would be looking at about a total of $500 for the porting update and a race recondition.
