Which would be better on a race only 540, 14.5 comp., solid roller cam to match heads, single plane dominator carb, in 3200 lb car with powerglide and @7000rpm max? Gear will match combo also. Other choices are pro1 355cnc, and brodix 2xtra cnc.

What about Pro-Filer? From what i've seen they are very nice. Was told their intakes are outta the box as-cast so nicely that the flow number from runner to runner is as equalized as a custom equalized sheet metal intake. Anybody useing them?

Which head depends on what intake youre runnin. The super Victor would be good for the 335s, and a hogged out version for the 357 heads, because the intake will be the restriction on a 540 with good heads. It will pull 1.5 - 2" on vac on the dyno with a Super Victor, so it will need work...

I'd go with the 357's or the Dart 355's. Either will make great power. Port the Super Victor as well. A decent 540 with this stuff should make 850+HP with no problem.
